Sage allows you to create invoices online and email them directly to your business associates or clients. If you find that Sage email invoices is not working you can refer to the steps below to troubleshoot the problem:
• Step 1: Highlight the content you wish to e-mail and open report designer.
• Step 2: Open the ‘Tools’ section and use Email Setup to select MAPI.
• Step 3: Navigate to the email settings and change mail provider to MAPI.
• Step 4: Save the changes and restart Sage to check if you can send emails.
