HONG KONG, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- The government of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Thursday announced that two grants totaling over 6 million HK dollars (about 770,000 U.S. dollars) have been approved to two agencies for providing relief to flood victims in Bihar of India.
The move came after the government accepted the advice of the Disaster Relief Fund Advisory Committee.
